1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to LaunchDirectories (https://launchdirectories.com), operated by Tradeco Krzysztof Cichy. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaunchDirectories. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Service Description

LaunchDirectories is a comprehensive directory platform that provides:

Directory Database: Comprehensive database of launch directories with domain ratings, traffic data, and submission information
Auto-Submit Service (Submission Service): Professional manual submission of your product to 30-100+ carefully curated directories that we choose from our database. We select the directories at our discretion to maximize your results. The service is executed over a period of 4-6 business days from service confirmation
Fast Track Add-on: An optional add-on available during checkout ($20) that prioritizes your Auto-Submit order for completion within up to 48 hours. The Fast Track add-on is non-refundable once purchased and applies to the same submission order
Advertising Services: Sponsored advertisements and featured placements on our platform, including Main Sponsorship ($89/30 days) and 30 Days Feature for directory owners ($49 one-time)
Information Updates: Regular maintenance and updates of directory information

2.1 Service Execution Timeline

Our services are digital and begin execution immediately upon payment confirmation:

Auto-Submit Service: Service begins within 24 hours and is completed within 4-6 business days
Fast Track Add-on: An optional add-on ($20) that prioritizes your submission for completion within up to 48 hours instead of the standard 4-6 business days
Directory Database: Continuously updated with new directories, domain ratings, and traffic information
Advertising Services: Ad review and activation process begins within 24 hours, with publication following approval
No Cancellation: Due to the immediate nature of digital service delivery, cancellation after payment is not possible

2.2 Order Process

The Auto-Submit Service follows this process:

Payment: You select a plan and complete payment through Stripe
Product Information: After payment, you fill out a form on our website providing your product details (name, URL, descriptions, logo, screenshots, and other relevant information)
Submission: We manually submit your product to directories selected at our discretion within 4-6 business days
Report Delivery: Upon completion, you receive an email with a link to your submission report hosted on our website at a unique, randomly generated URL. The report contains the full list of directories, screenshots as proof of each submission, and access credentials

We continuously work to maintain accuracy and quality of our services. However, results may vary depending on third-party directory policies and approval processes, which are beyond our control. We guarantee professional execution of services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from third-party platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services. By using our paid services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. For free services (directory database browsing), you must be at least 13 years old.

4. Auto-Submit Service (Submission Service)

We offer an Auto-Submit Service (also referred to as "Submission Service") where we manually submit your product to directories that we choose from our curated database. We select the directories at our discretion based on what we believe will provide the best results for your product. This service includes:

Manual submission to directories we choose from our curated database
Quality backlinks and SEO boost
Complete submission report delivered via email
Professional submission process

4.1 Product Data You Provide

To perform the Auto-Submit Service, you must provide us with the following information about your product via a form on our website:

Product name and website URL
Product slogan (short tagline)
Short description and detailed description
Category and tags
Pricing information
Product email address
Founder name (displayed on directories as the author)
Profile picture of the founder (optional -product image is used if not provided)
Product country
Product images (at least two screenshots)
Product logo
Social media profiles
Affiliate program information

By providing this data, you authorize us to share it with third-party directories as part of the submission process. This data -including your name, images, and descriptions -will be published on external directory websites and will be subject to those directories' own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that all provided information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

4.2 Content Responsibility

Client bears full responsibility for all content, descriptions, and materials provided for submission
We reserve the right to reject submissions containing illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content

4.3 Service Limitations

Service does not guarantee acceptance by all selected directories
We are not responsible for decisions made by external directories

4.4 Intellectual Property

Client confirms they own rights to all materials provided for submission
Client agrees not to take actions that may infringe copyright

4.5 Directory Selection and Additional Terms

Directory Selection: We will submit your product to directories that we choose from our database. Directory selection is made entirely at our discretion based on factors including domain rating, traffic, relevance, and what we believe will maximize results for your product
No Client Selection: You cannot choose specific directories, request particular directories to be included or excluded, or influence our directory selection process
No Post-Submission Changes: You cannot request changes to listings after we have submitted your product to directories
Submission Report: You will receive a detailed report via email upon completion of all submissions, including which directories we submitted to and the status of each submission
Payment Processing: Payment for this service is processed through Stripe, Inc. (or Stripe Payments Europe Limited for EU customers)

5. Newsletter

LaunchDirectories offers a free newsletter service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Consent: By subscribing to our newsletter and checking the consent checkbox, you give your explicit consent to receive periodic emails from LaunchDirectories containing updates about new directories, SEO tips, and other relevant news
Double Opt-In: We use a double opt-in process. After submitting your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription is only active after you click the confirmation link
Data Processing: Your email address is processed solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details
Unsubscribe: You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email. Your email address will be immediately deleted from our subscriber list
Email Service: Newsletters are sent via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for email delivery purposes
Frequency: Newsletters are sent manually and not on a fixed schedule. We will not send more than a reasonable number of emails

6. Directory Submissions

Directory owners may submit their launch directories for consideration in our database. We review all submissions manually to ensure quality and relevance for the startup community.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any directory submission at our sole discretion. Submissions should be active directories where startups can submit their products for listing.

7. Service Reports and Data

Upon completion of the Auto-Submit Service, you will receive a detailed submission report hosted on our platform at a unique, randomly generated URL (e.g. launchdirectories.com/report/abc123). This report contains a list of directories your product was submitted to, screenshots as proof of submission, and submission status information. The report URL is not password-protected -anyone with the link can view it. Reports remain accessible at their URL indefinitely. You may request deletion of your report at any time by contacting us at hello@launchdirectories.com.

During the Auto-Submit Service, we create accounts on third-party directories on your behalf. Login credentials for these accounts are shared with you via email upon service completion. You are the owner of these accounts and are responsible for their security, including changing passwords upon first login. We do not retain copies of account passwords after delivery.

Data on external directories: Once your product has been submitted to third-party directories, that data (product name, descriptions, images, URL, etc.) is stored and published by those external platforms. We have no control over data held by third-party directories after submission. Deleting your report or account with us does not remove your product listings from external directories. To remove listings from individual directories, you must contact those platforms directly using the account credentials provided to you.

8. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses

When using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Respect intellectual property rights
Not attempt to harm or disrupt our systems
Not use automated tools to scrape or download content without permission

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access to our services.

9. Sponsorship and Paid Services

9.1 Payment and Execution Terms

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon service confirmation and must be completed before service execution begins
Immediate Execution: All digital services begin execution within 24 hours of payment confirmation and cannot be stopped once initiated
Service Timeline: Auto-Submit services run for 4-6 business days, during which submissions are actively processed
Advertising Approval: Advertising content is subject to administrative review and approval before publication (typically within 24 hours)

9.2 Refund Policy and Consumer Rights

Right of Withdrawal: Under Polish and EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. However, this right is EXCLUDED for our paid services because:

Immediate Execution: All our paid services begin execution immediately upon payment (within 24 hours) and you explicitly consent to this immediate execution
Auto-Submit Service: We begin manual submissions to external directories within 24 hours of payment. These submissions are permanent and cannot be reversed once sent to third-party platforms
Advertising Services: Ad placements are activated after administrative approval (typically within 24 hours) and cannot be undone once published on our platform
Digital Content: Our services are digital and begin performance immediately with your consent, which excludes the right of withdrawal under Art. 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act

Complaints and Warranty Rights: Despite the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you retain all statutory warranty rights under Polish law (Art. 556-576 of the Polish Civil Code). If the service does not conform to the contract, you have the right to:

Request removal of defects or delivery of a service free from defects
Request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if the defect is significant
Claim damages if the non-conformity causes loss

9.3 Service Standards and Quality

Content Requirements: All submitted content must comply with our quality standards and applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
Professional Execution: We guarantee professional execution of services in accordance with industry standards. We will submit your product to the number of directories specified in your chosen plan
Service Delivery: Updates on service progress will be provided as work progresses. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report via email with screenshots of submissions as evidence of work performed
Third-party Dependencies: Service outcomes depend on external directory policies and approval processes beyond our control. We are not responsible for decisions made by external directories regarding acceptance or rejection of submissions

10. Consumer Rights Under Polish and EU Law

As a consumer under Polish law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the following rights:

Right of Withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts - EXCLUDED for our paid services under Art. 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act because services begin immediately with your explicit consent
Legal Guarantee: Protection against non-conforming services under Art. 556-576 of the Polish Civil Code
Warranty Rights: Statutory warranty for paid services - you can claim defects within 2 years from service delivery
Consumer Protection: Protection under the Polish Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer protection directives
Information Rights: Right to clear information about services, prices, and terms before purchase (Art. 6 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act)

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our paid services (Auto-Submit Service and Advertising Services) because:

All our paid services are digital and begin execution immediately upon payment (within 24 hours) with your explicit consent
Auto-Submit Service: Directory submissions are permanent and cannot be reversed once sent to third-party platforms
Advertising Services: Ad placements are activated after administrative approval and cannot be undone once published
By purchasing, you explicitly consent to immediate service execution, which excludes the right of withdrawal under Art. 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act

For consumer disputes, you may contact the Polish Consumer Rights Ombudsman (Rzecznik Praw Konsumenta) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, while we strive to provide quality services:

Service Performance: We guarantee professional execution of services but cannot guarantee specific results from third-party directories, as their policies and approval processes are beyond our control
Third-Party Dependencies: We are not responsible for third-party directory policies, availability, acceptance decisions, or changes to their submission requirements
Indirect Damages: Our liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is limited to cases of intentional fault or gross negligence, as permitted by Polish law
Total Liability Cap: For consumers, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except in cases of intentional fault, gross negligence, or personal injury
Business Users: For business users (non-consumers), our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Important: This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Polish law, including:

Warranty rights for non-conforming services (Art. 556-576 Polish Civil Code)
Right to claim damages for breach of contract
Protection against unfair contract terms
Mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be excluded

12. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with the following third-party services:

Google Search Console: Search performance monitoring
Payment Processors: Secure payment handling for paid services

Each service has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on LaunchDirectories, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LaunchDirectories or its licensors and is protected by Polish and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

14. Privacy Policy Reference

Our detailed Privacy Policy, explaining our data handling practices, is available at https://launchdirectories.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect as described below.

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice by updating this page and posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Affiliate Relationships and Third-Party Promotions

All recommendations reflect services we genuinely believe may benefit our clients. The presence of affiliate links does not affect the price you pay for any third-party service.

By using LaunchDirectories, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old to use our paid services, or at least 13 years old with parental consent to use our free services.
